What Can Invisalign Treat?
Gapped Teeth
If you have gaps in your teeth, it is easier for food to get stuck between them. These spaces also create more room for bacteria that can cause tooth decay and gum disease. Invisalign can close those gaps and leave you with a smoother, healthier smile.
Crowded Teeth
If there is not enough room for all of your teeth to be straight in your mouth, this is called crowding. Crowding creates more areas for bacteria to live and causes oral health problems. Invisalign can help to create more space for your teeth to sit in their proper position. If you have questions about Invisalign in Wasilla, Alaska, call us at (907) 376-2832!

How are Invisalign clear aligners made?
Invisalign aligners are created by taking impressions of your teeth and made with liquid resin. When the resin is exposed to a laser, in hardens into a flexible thermoplastic called SmartTrack®, which is used exclusively for Invisalign therapy. It is FDA approved!
How do I take care of my aligners?
You can clean your aligners just as you would your teeth, by brushing them. Each time your brush your teeth, brush your aligners as well. If you do not have access to your toothbrush, rinse them under lukewarm water. Make sure to never use hot water on them, as it could warp the plastic. There is an Invisalign Cleaning System you can purchase for a more thorough cleaning.
Can you see the Invisalign aligners when you’re wearing them?
Invisalign aligners are made of a clear plastic that makes them nearly invisible to see while you are wearing them and most people will not notice. That is one of the biggest benefits of clear aligners, achieve a straight smile without the hassle of brackets and wires!
